In the Asian Weightlifting Championships, medals are up for grabs, medals, and overall, but Park Hye-jung won in all three categories.

Park Hye-jung, who won the Saudi Arabian World Championship in September last year and the Hangzhou Asian Games in October, started the new year in a good way by reaching the top in her first competition this year.
