Game sales rise 11% in Macau’s Grand Emperor

Revenue from casino games at the Grand Emperor Hotel in Macau (pictured) rose 10.5% in the year ended March 31, owner and operator Emperor Entertainment Hotels Ltd said in a statement.

On Wednesday, Empower Entertainment said in a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that gaming revenue stood at HK$2.05 billion ($264 million), accounting for 90.5% of the group’s total revenue in the period.

The company reported a profit of HK$600 million, up 9.4% from a year earlier. The board recommended a final dividend payment of HK$0.075 per share, up from a final dividend of HK$0.072 in 2013.

The Casino of the grand emperor hotel is operated under a gaming license of SJM Holdings Ltd. The property is located in the city’s traditional gaming zone on the Macau Peninsula.

The Grand Emperor Casino offers one self-managed VIP room with 200 slot machine seats, 67 mass game tables, and 10 tables.

Emperor Entertainment said it was pursuing a “customer segmentation strategy with a strong focus on the premium mass market.” The company said it had “further increased” the proportion of premium mass customers over the past 12 months, without giving further details. 안전한 카지노사이
